Tuğçe Sönmez Çakmakçı is the founder and principal consultant of TSCConsulting. With a Food Engineering background, a master’s degree in Sustainable Tourism Management, and the NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, she brings 15+ years of experience in HSSEQ and sustainability across Türkiye, the Middle East, and Asia.
As an IRCA-certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and GSTC-accredited sustainability professional, Tuğçe has successfully guided organizations in luxury hospitality, manufacturing, and services—delivering practical, audit-ready, and measurable improvements. Her approach blends technical expertise with a deep understanding of operational realities, ensuring strategies are both effective and sustainable.
